Unfortunately mixed means confusion you have forgotten that you are Muslim girl due to your fathers religion mother’ s religion dose not count even if you had both parents from Christian background. This places responsibility on you and limits that means your husband must be Muslim or become Muslim in order to prove that he loves you and that you are not a sex object for him that’s why none Muslim men claim to have gained trophy and show off and keep their religion and show off this why Islam has placed a condition on Muslim women. On the other hand one can do whatever they want as they were never Muslim in the first place. I know someone from Nigerian decent born Muslim women is a bit on side of Nigerian/ American preast ????? How did it happen because she was never brought up as Muslim.

I'm hoping this comment is in good faith, regardless it's very misguided and offensive. Laila has not forgotten anything and clearly expressed how she feels about her identity. She has the right to define however she chooses and marry whomever she chooses. Religion should promote love, happiness, equality and being a good person, not place limits and restrictions on who someone chooses to spend their life with.
